Webster defines conservation as a careful preservation and protection
of something. The main purpose of the Conservation Ministry is to preserve new members by assisting them to effectively assimilate (incorporate, fit in) the New Cote Brilliante family. They
get new members involved in the ministry by helping them to build relationships, find their area of service, connect them with spiritual growth opportunities, and making them aware of their
responsibility to the ministry and being accountable. They also work with the Greeters and Visitation ministries to provide follow-up with visitors and new members. They arrange new
member receptions and tours of the facility and they give appropriate support when necessary.
