The Sunday School ministry plays a key role in spiritual growth and education. The purpose of the Sunday School is to equip the saints of all ages to be better disciples and witnesses for the Lord. The Sunday School provides classes, workshops, training for teachers, and activities. It focuses on rooting and grounding persons in the Word and how to apply the teachings and principles of scripture to daily, practical living. This ministry operates under the direction of the Superintendent and holds a seat on the Board of Spiritual Growth and Development. The Sunday School also works with other ministries such as the Nursery, Children’s, Youth, and Arts and Drama in its efforts to produce and maintain an effective education ministry.
