Training and Development

Our Lord was constantly teaching, training, and developing the disciples in life and ministry.  It is a key goal of our ministry to strive to train and develop people at every level; from Ministers to the children and youth.  We emphasize leadership training and training people for service and ministry.  We have allowed in our budget funds to provide continuing education and to bring in gifted resource persons for workshops, conferences, and retreats.  We have established the Joshua Team Leadership Program for youth and the Dixon leadership Institute for ministers and lay persons.
